Ingredients

  • Martini Rosato50ml
  • Soda Water50ml
  • Prosecco50ml
  • Ice
  • Raspberries
  • a lemon wheel
  • and rosemary to garnish

Method

Step 1
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Step 2
Pour the MARTINI Rosato and Prosecco into the glass.
Step 3
Top with soda water.
Step 4
Stir gently for a few moments.
Step 5
Garnish with raspberries, a lemon wheel, and a sprig of rosemary.

The delicate warmth and spice of MARTINI Rosato can be elevated with acidity in food. Put together some light, sharp bites such as crab, heirloom tomatoes, avocado and ceviche, with citrus dressings for a zesty, refreshing spread.
